Not to be out done Michael Dunlop on his 600ccYamaha / street Sweep/Marlow Constructions machine smashed the Supersport Junior record putting up a lap of 126.299mph in a time of 17mins 55.45secs Back in the Senior Bruce Anstey on his1000cc Suzuki / Relentless Suzuki by TAS Racing also blasted over 130mph with a lap of 130.129mph in 17mins 23.79secs the third over the magic 130mph mark this week leaving the Senior race open to a number of riders with four rider over 129mph The one rider missing out of the fast times was John McGuinness who pulled in after a disastrous lap of just over 110mph with a misfire, so has work to do on his machine. The sidecars practice was red flagged with two serious incidents, in Kirk Michael the outfit of Karl Bennett / Lee Cain's went on fire both OK. At the top of Bray Hill David Atkinson / Jane Wheatcroft was involved in an incident and Jane Wheatcroft was removed to hospital with an injured arm David Atkinson was OK. A large amount of oil was laid on the road at both incidents which made it impossible to continue with the practice. Eye are now pointing to Fridays last practice session where the riders have their last chance to lay down their marker for the weeks rasing ahead.
